Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the AIWare Innovations website and public AI receptionist demo. Paid customer services will also be governed by a separate order or service agreement.

Effective: July 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting a website form, calling the public demo number, or using a demo feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or demo.

2. The service and its AI nature

AIWare Innovations develops configurable AI receptionists that can answer calls, provide approved business information, collect caller details, connect with permitted tools, and perform configured actions such as appointment scheduling.

The public receptionist is an AI system, not a human. AI responses can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You should verify important information, including appointment details, in the resulting calendar invitation or directly with AIWare Innovations.

3. Demo appointments

The demo may display or describe calendar availability and may create an appointment only after the caller provides the requested information and confirms the details. An appointment is considered scheduled only when the system reports success and a calendar invitation is created. Calendar availability, meeting links, and invitations depend on third-party services and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information. If you cannot attend, please decline the invitation or contact us to request a change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website, demo, or services to:

  • Violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or mislead another person.
  • Send spam, conduct unlawful telemarketing, spoof caller identity, or contact people without legally required consent.
  • Attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Test, extract, or disclose confidential prompts, credentials, personal information, or protected system details.
  • Submit highly sensitive information that the public demo does not request or need.

We may restrict or end access when we reasonably believe use is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

5. Information you provide

You retain ownership of information you provide. You give AIWare Innovations and its service providers permission to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate the website and demo, store and respond to your request, schedule an appointment, protect the service, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit.

6. Third-party services

The website and receptionist rely on third-party telephone, AI, calendar, meeting, hosting, and communications services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AI Ware Innovations is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, outages, account decisions, or changes.

7. No emergency or professional service

The website and receptionist are not emergency services. Do not use them to contact police, fire, medical, crisis, or other emergency services. Call the appropriate emergency number instead.

Demo responses are general product information and are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice.

8. Paid services

Website pricing and feature descriptions are invitations to discuss a potential service and are not a binding offer. Any paid deployment, usage allowance, implementation scope, support commitment, or service level will be described in a separate order, proposal, or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for the paid service.

9. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, designs, prompts, workflows, and other service materials are owned by AIWare Innovations or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the public website and demo for their intended purpose.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the website or demo. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, carrier, calendar, or external system.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and public demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIWare Innovations and its owners, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the website or public demo.

Our total liability arising from the free public website or demo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that use or one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and services change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
